Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your use of trishula.services, the client dashboard, and any professional services provided by Thrishula LLP. By using this website or engaging us, you agree to these Terms.

Last updated: 1 January 2026

1. Definitions

“We”, “us” and “Thrishula” mean Thrishula LLP. “You” and “Client” mean the person or entity using the website or engaging our services. “Services” means the consultancy, filing, accounting and advisory work described in an accepted quotation.

2. Scope of engagement

Every engagement is defined by a written quotation that sets out the deliverables, statutory fees, professional fees and expected timelines. Work commences only after you accept the quotation and make any advance payment stated in it. Anything not expressly listed in the quotation is outside scope and will be quoted separately.

3. Client responsibilities

  • Provide accurate, complete and legible documents and information within the timelines we specify.
  • Ensure that all information supplied is true and that you are authorised to share it.
  • Respond promptly to requests for clarification, digital signatures, OTPs and approvals.
  • Retain your own copies of all documents submitted and filings made.
  • Keep your dashboard login credentials confidential and notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.

We are not responsible for delays, penalties or rejections caused by incomplete, late or inaccurate information supplied by you.

4. Fees and payment

  • Fees are quoted in Indian Rupees and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Government fees, statutory charges, stamp duty and third-party costs are payable at actuals and are non-refundable once paid to the authority.
  • Professional fees are payable as stated in the quotation — typically in advance or in agreed milestones.
  • Payments are collected through a secure third-party payment gateway. A GST invoice is issued for every payment received.
  • We may suspend work on an engagement where undisputed fees remain unpaid beyond the agreed due date.

5. Timelines

Timelines communicated to you are good-faith estimates. Processing by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, GST Network, Income Tax Department, trademark registry and other authorities is outside our control, and we do not guarantee approval dates or outcomes that depend on the discretion of those authorities.

6. No guarantee of outcome

We provide professional assistance, not assurances of result. We do not guarantee that any application, registration, refund, appeal or representation will be approved. Advice is given on the basis of the law and facts as they stand on the date it is provided.

7. Confidentiality

Information you share is treated as confidential and used only to deliver the Services and to comply with law. This obligation survives the completion of an engagement. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website — text, layout, graphics, logos and software — is owned by or licensed to Thrishula LLP and may not be copied, reproduced or distributed without written permission. Working papers, templates and checklists prepared by us remain our property; deliverables prepared specifically for you become yours upon full payment.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of any engagement is limited to the professional fees actually received by us for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profit, revenue, business or data. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice. On termination, fees for work completed up to the date of termination remain payable, and government fees already paid are non-refundable. We may terminate immediately where continuing would breach law or professional ethics, or where you have supplied false information.

11. Acceptable use of the website

  • Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the dashboard, servers or another client's data.
  • Do not upload malicious code, scrape the site, or interfere with its normal operation.
  • Do not use the website for any unlawful purpose or to misrepresent your identity.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu. The parties will first attempt to resolve any dispute amicably within 30 days of written notice.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page. Continued use of the website or our Services after a revision constitutes acceptance. Questions may be sent to support@trishula.services.
