Service Delivery Policy
Thrishula LLP provides professional consultancy services. No physical goods are sold or shipped. This policy explains how services and documents are delivered to you.
Last updated: 1 January 2026
1. Digital delivery only
All deliverables — certificates, acknowledgements, filed forms, computations, financial statements, invoices and receipts — are delivered electronically. They are emailed to the address registered with us and, where you have dashboard access, made available under your account. We do not ship physical products, and no shipping or delivery charges are levied.
2. When delivery begins
Work begins after (a) the quotation is accepted in writing, (b) the payment stated in the quotation is received and confirmed by the payment gateway, and (c) the complete set of required documents is received from you. Delivery timelines are counted from the latest of these three events.
3. Indicative turnaround times
- Consultation summary and engagement quotation — within 1 working day of your enquiry.
- GST registration application — filed within 3 to 5 working days of receiving complete documents.
- Monthly GST returns — filed on or before the statutory due date, where data is received at least 5 days in advance.
- Company or LLP incorporation — 10 to 15 working days from receipt of documents and digital signatures.
- Income tax and TDS returns — filed on or before the applicable statutory due date.
- Trademark application — filed within 3 to 5 working days of search confirmation and approval.
- Payment receipt and GST invoice — issued within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
These are indicative timelines for our part of the work. The time an authority takes to process, approve or issue a certificate is outside our control and is not included in these estimates.
4. Delays
Where a deliverable is delayed, we will inform you of the reason and the revised expected date. Common causes of delay include incomplete documentation, pending digital signatures or OTP approvals from you, portal downtime at the MCA, GSTN or Income Tax websites, objections raised by an authority, and public holidays.
5. Non-delivery
If a paid service has not been delivered and no acceptable explanation has been provided, write to support@trishula.services with your invoice number. If we are unable to deliver the service, the professional fee for the undelivered portion is refunded in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6. Document retention and re-issue
Copies of deliverables remain available in your dashboard for the duration of your engagement and are retained by us in line with our Privacy Policy. Re-issue of previously delivered documents is provided free of charge on request within the retention period.
7. Contact
Questions about the status of a deliverable may be sent to support@trishula.services or raised by phone at +91 00000 00000 during business hours (Mon–Sat, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM IST).
