About Trishula Consultancy
Trishula Consultancy LLP is a limited liability partnership incorporated on 29 July 2022 and registered with RoC-Chennai under LLPIN ABB-9096. We are a legal practice serving companies, LLPs, partnership firms and individual professionals across India — engaged to answer the questions that decide how a business is structured, how it is taxed and where its regulatory exposure sits — and representing them when those questions turn into disputes.
Our practice brings together chartered accountants, company secretaries and legal professionals under one roof, so a question with tax, corporate-law and commercial dimensions gets a single considered answer instead of three partial ones from vendors who each see only their own slice.
We are not a registration or return-filing agency: routine incorporation, registration and return work sits with your accountant, company secretary or filing agent. What we do is advise on the position to take and, where the matter has to be argued, appear in it. Advisory matters run online, and every proposal, opinion, invoice and receipt is available in your client dashboard.

Accuracy before speed
Advice that is fast but wrong costs more than advice given carefully. Every note is reviewed by a second qualified professional before it leaves our office.
Fixed, written scope
You approve a proposal stating the question and a fixed fee. We do not revise fees mid-matter without your written consent.
Confidentiality
Financial records, identity documents and business plans are treated as confidential and are not shared outside the matter without your instruction.
Plain language
We explain what a notice means, what your options are, and what happens if you do nothing — without hiding behind jargon.
