Advice you can act on. Representation when it comes to that.

Trishula Consultancy LLP advises and represents businesses and individuals across India — from a written opinion on structure, tax or a contract, to appearing for you before a tribunal, the High Court or the Supreme Court.

A legal practice, not a filing agency
We advise you and, where a matter has to be argued, we appear in it. Routine incorporation, registration and return filing is not what we do.
Nothing starts without a written proposal
What is being taken up, its scope and a fixed professional fee are agreed in writing before any work begins.

02 — Method

How a consultation works

Four steps, so you always know what question is being examined, what it will cost and what you walk away with.

  1. 1. First consultation

Tell us what you are facing. A qualified professional listens, asks for the background that matters, and frames the question or the dispute precisely.

  2. 2. Written proposal

You receive a proposal stating what will be taken up, what it covers and a fixed professional fee. Nothing begins until you approve it.

  3. 3. Research & strategy

We test your facts against the law as it currently stands, weigh the alternatives, and settle on the position we are prepared to defend.

  4. 4. Opinion or representation

You receive a reasoned written opinion — and where the matter must be filed or argued, we carry it through. Every document stays on record in your dashboard.

03 — Standing

Why businesses consult Trishula Consultancy

Qualified professionals answer you

Legal professionals, company secretaries and chartered accountants take your matter directly — not a sales desk, and not a junior reading from a script.

One practice, start to finish

The person who advises you is the person who argues the matter, so nothing is lost in a handover between an adviser and a litigator.

Confidential by default

Your financial and personal records are handled under a strict confidentiality policy and stored on access-controlled systems.

Everything on record

Opinions, pleadings, orders and invoices are archived in your dashboard — yours to keep and to hand to your auditor, banker or counsel.

04 — Questions

Frequently asked questions

What does Trishula Consultancy LLP handle?

Fourteen practice areas across advisory and litigation — corporate and commercial advisory, civil and commercial litigation, money recovery, High Court and Supreme Court matters, criminal law, property, family and succession, employment, tax and GST, intellectual property, regulatory compliance, consumer disputes, and legal notices.

Do you handle company registration, licences or return filing?

No. We are a legal practice, not a registration or return-filing agency. We will tell you what the law requires and take up the matter where it needs to be argued, but the routine incorporation, registration and return work sits with your accountant, company secretary or filing agent.

What do I receive at the end of a matter?

For an advisory matter, a written opinion setting out the facts considered, the applicable law, our recommendation and the reasoning behind it. For a contested matter, the pleadings, orders and correspondence as the matter progresses. Everything stays on record in your client dashboard.

How are fees decided?

Every matter begins with a written proposal stating what is being taken up, its scope and the professional fee. Work starts only after you accept it in writing, so there are no surprise charges.

Do you act for clients outside your city?

Yes. Advisory matters run entirely online — documents shared digitally, discussions over call, and every opinion and invoice delivered to your client dashboard. For matters requiring appearance, the forum and jurisdiction are confirmed with you before the engagement begins.

Which payment methods are accepted?

Payments are collected online through a secure payment gateway supporting UPI, net banking, debit and credit cards. A payment receipt is issued for every payment received.

Have a legal question you need settled?

Put the question to us and we will come back with the scope, the timeline and a fixed professional fee before any work begins.
